Event Services

Aside from Angel Cakes, owner Jen Angel has decades of project and event management experience. While she primarily focuses on the bakery these days, she LOVES event planning and coordinating, and still offers these services to a few events each year, in addition to providing Dessert Bar coordination for many events. Her goal in event planning is to create experiences that are effortless for hosts and memorable for guests. She believes that most event-related stress can be relieved by careful advance preparation and the right team of staff and volunteers. Currently Jen has a team of on-call assistants who can step in whenever an extra hand is needed and a list of trusted vendors for any needed service.

Dessert Bar

Whatever event you are planning from a wedding to a gala to a corporate meeting, Jen can help you design the perfect dessert bar for your guests. This service can include:

  • Menu concept and design
  • Delivery, Set up, Break down
  • Providing or sourcing all desserts and party favors
  • Dessert stand / platter rental
  • Pricing to fit your budget, based on guest count. 

Event Planning Services

Jen Angel and her team have extensive experience producing and promoting events such as workshops, conferences, weddings, and lectures. These services include:

  • Locating and securing the perfect venue
  • Venue walk-through and layout
  • Vendor coordination for catering, photography, flowers, decor, entertainment, designers
  • Theme or concept development and implementation
  • Personalized timeline/schedule
  • Registration assistance for ticketed events
  • On-site day of coordination and troubleshooting
  • Budget and expense management
  • Promotion of your event or workshop
  • Creative solutions to stay on budget and make your event memorable

Day-of Wedding Coordination Package - $1500

Although we offer complete planning services, what if you want to design your whole wedding or event, but you need someone else there to make sure it all runs smoothly? Jen can help with that! The Day-of Wedding Coordination package includes:

  • Venue walk-through
  • Review your timeline and floorplan
  • Vendor recommendations for catering, photography, photobooth, flowers, etc.
  • Connect with each vendor to confirm details prior to event
  • On-site coordination and trouble-shooting at the event (up to 10 hours) by Jen and one assistant
